WORKING ON A FREELANCE BASIS.

You set your day rate. We match you with suitable opportunities, manage the client relationship and pay you monthly for work completed (PAYE options available).

Some assignments are short-term. Others develop into longer-term projects or permanent opportunities with our clients.
Freelancers remain responsible for their own tax and business affairs, while benefiting from access to projects, industry connections and support from the TEMBO team.
While we can't guarantee work, we focus on building long-term relationships and connecting talented people with opportunities where they can thrive.
