Job responsibilities:

Lead marketing strategy and execution across two major industry events

Identify target audiences, drive engagement, and expand reach

Develop and oversee integrated marketing plans, including pre-event campaigns, onsite activations, and post-event follow-up

Use data-driven insights to optimise customer journeys and boost conversions

Manage budgets, schedules, and performance reporting with precision

Oversee a team of three marketers, fostering collaboration, growth, and innovation

Work closely with conference producers and business leaders to align goals and ensure event success

Champion new ideas, technologies, and creative approaches to enhance campaigns and brand positioning
Job requirements:
- Lead marketing for two major industry shows, working closely with Conference Producers and managing a team of three direct marketing reports.
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving audience growth.
- Drive innovation and bring a fresh perspective to campaigns, content, and brand positioning, continuously evolving marketing initiatives.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including a newsletter.
- Foster strong team relationships and be a people-focused leader
