Within TEMBO MARKETING, we support event organisers and businesses across a wide range of marketing, digital and data activities. We work with clients at different stages of growth, helping them build strong digital foundations, run effective campaigns and make better decisions using data.
TEMBO is an official HubSpot Support Partner, supporting clients with CRM migration, optimisation and ongoing campaign delivery. This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering that offer.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital & CRM Manager to join our growing digital and data function. This is a senior, client facing role with a strong mix of strategy, delivery and leadership.
You will lead on HubSpot CRM projects, including migration, optimisation and ongoing system management, while also being hands on with PPC campaign delivery across Google, Meta and LinkedIn. In the first 6 to 12 months, this role will be delivery focused, with clear ownership of both CRM and paid media performance.
As the function grows, you will work closely with your line manager to design and build a digital and data team, starting with the recruitment of a Digital Executive within your first year. This role is expected to evolve as the team scales.
The role sits at peer level with Senior Marketing Managers and reports into the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot & CRM Leadership
- Lead and deliver HubSpot CRM migration and optimisation projects for clients
- Carry out CRM audits, data clean up and structure reviews
- Design and implement CRM architecture, including objects, properties and lifecycle stages
- Set up and refine lead scoring models and data governance frameworks
- Build reporting dashboards and attribution models to support campaign and business decisions
- Create and manage marketing automation workflows to support lead generation and nurturing
- Establish best practice documentation and governance standards
- Support ongoing optimisation of HubSpot setups post migration
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients with varying levels of digital maturity
PPC & Digital Campaign Delivery
- Personally manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads
- Lead GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup and ongoing performance tracking
- Analyse performance and deliver clear reporting with actionable recommendations
- Optimise campaigns against agreed KPIs and campaign objectives
- Stay up to date with emerging platforms and opportunities, including TikTok Ads and new advertising formats such as ChatGPT
- Work closely with marketing and social teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a senior point of contact for digital and CRM activity
- Confidently advise both digitally savvy and non-technical clients
- Translate complex data and performance insights into clear and practical actions
- Support client retention through strong delivery, clear communication and proactive problem solving
- Flag upsell opportunities to senior team members where appropriate
Team Build & Development
- Work with your line manager to design and scale the digital and data function
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new digital team members
- Line manage Digital Executives as the team grows
- Support skills development and knowledge sharing across the wider business
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience delivering HubSpot CRM projects, including migration and optimisation
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and attribution modelling
- Confident working with CRM data, automation and reporting
- Comfortable working with budgets of varying sizes, providing expert guidance to clients on how to prioritise channels and allocate spend strategically for maximum impact.
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Highly organised, solution focused and confident taking ownership
- Agency experience is beneficial
- Line management experience is beneficial but not essential

- Successful delivery of HubSpot CRM migration and optimisation projects
- High levels of client satisfaction and retention
- PPC performance meeting agreed benchmarks and campaign goals
- Clear, actionable reporting and insights delivered to clients
- Progress made towards building and scaling the digital and data team
Working Pattern
Hybrid working - Minimum 3 days per week in the London office (SE1 7SJ)
Approximately 10 minutes walk from Vauxhall station or 20 minutes from Waterloo
Salary - £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
