Event Marketing Manager (Fixed Term – 12 Months)
Salary: £45–50k DOE
Days per Week: Full-time
Contract Length: 12 months
Location: Midlands (Hybrid working)
About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Event Marketing Manager to lead high-impact marketing campaigns for a portfolio of family-focused live events. You’ll plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive ticket sales, build audience awareness, and deliver commercial results. Working closely with creative, digital, and PR teams, you’ll take full ownership of campaign strategy, delivery, and performance.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns for family entertainment events.

Manage campaign budgets to maximise ROI and ticket revenue.

Oversee creative, media, and messaging across CRM, paid social, digital, outdoor, and partnership channels.

Use audience data to plan, target, and optimise campaigns in real time.

Coordinate with ticketing partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and reporting.
About You

Proven experience in event or attraction marketing, with a focus on ticket sales.

Confident managing end-to-end campaigns independently.

Skilled in digital marketing, including CRM, paid social, Google Ads, and email marketing.

Strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation.

Excellent project management and budget control skills.

Creative, commercial mindset with a passion for delivering memorable live experiences.
