- Primary research on the phone or in person, with the target market. 

• Writing successful event agenda's reflecting the commercial needs of the sponsorship team alongside the primary objective of ensuring attendee targets are met. 
• Identifying, inviting, and confirming speakers according to the goals of the event
• Managing the run-up to conference delivery including briefing speakers, panellists, and chairs
• Creating and sustaining your network in the event's key sectors; Successful candidate are practiced in building mixing rapport and gravitas to rapidly build connections from scratch
• Tried and tested talent in managing internal relationships, and navigating sometime complicated chains of command within client organisations. 

The client is looking for a proven track record of launching and growing events and event portfolios, with evidence of consistently meeting and exceeding quantitative and qualitative targets.
