Conference Producer
Experienced and results-driven Senior Conference Producer with direct experience delivering completed event programmes from desk research through to on-site delivery.
You will have completed at least 4 years experience or a minimum of 8 end-to-end event production cycles including:
- Primary research on the phone or in person, with the target market.
- Writing successful event agenda's reflecting the commercial needs of the sponsorship team alongside the primary objective of ensuring attendee targets are met.
- Identifying, inviting, and confirming speakers according to the goals of the event
- Managing the run-up to conference delivery including briefing speakers, panellists, and chairs
- Creating and sustaining your network in the event's key sectors; Successful candidate are practiced in building mixing rapport and gravitas to rapidly build connections from scratch
- Tried and tested talent in managing internal relationships, and navigating sometime complicated chains of command within client organisations.
The client is looking for a proven track record of launching and growing events and event portfolios, with evidence of consistently meeting and exceeding quantitative and qualitative targets.
