TEMBO partners with The Girls’ Network to support future leaders

TEMBO partners with The Girls’ Network to support future leaders

TEMBO is partnering with The Girls’ Network, a charity that supports and inspires girls aged 14–19 from less advantaged communities through mentoring and a network of women role models.

The collaboration reflects our belief that real impact begins with opportunity and that talent should never be limited by background, gender or income.

About The Girls’ Network
The Girls’ Network works with girls in regions including London, Merseyside, Portsmouth, Southampton, Sussex, Tees Valley, Tyne and Wear and the West Midlands, connecting them with mentors and programmes that build skills and ambition.

Its mission is that no girl’s future should be defined by where she starts in life, and mentees can go on to join a wider ambassador community that supports them beyond the initial programme.

How TEMBO will be involved

Members of the TEMBO team will volunteer as mentors, sharing career experience and practical guidance with young women through 1-1 sessions.

We will also welcome girls into our office, host career talks, and, where possible, offer internships or work experience so they can see a professional environment first hand.

Why this partnership matters

Creating possibilities is at the heart of our work, and this partnership takes that commitment beyond our client projects into longterm support for the next generation.
