How does TEMBO measure the success of its work?
TEMBO measures success against the objectives agreed for the project, campaign or placement. Every event and community is different, and given we work across hundreds of events per year we can provide informed advice on how to set these targets if you are unsure.
For an event campaign, that might include registrations, ticket or delegate revenue, qualified exhibitor leads, sponsor value, conversion rate, cost per acquisition and return on spend. Content work may be assessed through number of research calls, programme quality, audience relevance and speaker acquisition. Consultancy, people and training projects need their own measures, such as implementation progress, team capability, role performance or improved processes.
We agree the useful measures at the start, review performance during delivery and connect activity to commercial outcomes wherever the available data allows. Numbers create focus, but context matters too: the right measure depends on the job TEMBO has been asked to do.
