The cost of working with TEMBO depends on the service, scope, level of expertise, duration and delivery model. A short-term freelance placement, training course, consultancy project and fully managed campaign are priced differently because they solve different problems.

TEMBO PEOPLE and CONTENT projects are structured around a day rate, often defined by the contractor. The rate we share with you will always include our fees. AGENCY and CONSULTANCY work can be priced around a defined project, campaign or ongoing level of support. Before proposing a fee, we clarify what needs to be delivered, who needs to be involved and how success will be judged. We have rate cards for TRAINING and MARKETING AGENCY, that we are happy to share on request, although there is nearly always an element of customisation.

You receive a clear proposal before work begins. If the available budget and ambition do not match, we will help identify priorities and a realistic starting point.
